Return, Exchange & Refund Policies

About the Policy

At Cheekoo Store, we follow highly customer-centered policies to ensure that we greatly meet genuine expectations of our valued customers.

This policy mainly covers the following topics:

1- Return of the Products

2- Exchange / Replacement of the Products

3- Refund of the Product

1- RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS

1.1 Return Period:

-          Products purchased from Cheekoo Store can be returned within the period of Seven Days

-          Seven Days’ return period will be calculated from the date of receipt of the product

1.2 Reasons for Product Returns:

Cheekoo Store will accept returns made due to any of the following possible reason:

a)      Color or size of the product is different and exchange is required

b)      Some technical specs of the product are different and exchange is required

c)       Product was delivered in broken or damaged conditions

d)      Product was delivered in used condition (product is not new)

e)      Product accessories or some parts are missing

f)       Product delivery took too long; over 45 days after order was placed

g)      Any other genuine reason accepted by Cheekoo Store  

h)      Change of mind shall not be accepted for return of the product

1.3 Initiating Product Return: To return an item / product to Cheekoo Store, please initiate a “Return Request” by sending an Email to Cheekoo Store at Email address  contact.cheekoo@gmail.com. Upon receiving the Return Request, customer will be contacted by Cheekoo Store within 3-5 working days and further guidance will be shared for returning product.  

1.4 Sending Items Without Prior Return Request: Items sent back to Cheekoo Store without prior “Return Request” and its acceptance by Cheekoo Store; will not be accepted.

Note: Any damage or loss of the product / item sent to Cheekoo Store without acceptance of the “Return Request” will be the responsibility of the customer, not Cheekoo Store.

1.5 Where to Return Products: Once “Return Request” is accepted, Cheekoo Store staff will contact the customer and will share the details and address to return the product to Cheekoo Store.

1.6 Products That Can’t Be Returned.

There are some products / items purchased on Cheekoo Online Store that customers can't return.

These may include the following:

a)      Sale items purchased during Cheekoo Store sale campaigns

b)      Items purchased during specialized discount campaigns

c)       Items that have become faulty or are damaged by the customer

d)      Items with missing parts, accessories, documentation and damaged packaging

e)      Items carrying visible signs / marks of use by customer

f)       All food items

g)      Some jewelry items & beauty products

h)      Some health & personal care items

i)        Some electronic items / appliances / gadgets

j)        Items classified as hazardous materials

k)      Items that use flammable liquids or gases

l)        Customized products

m)   Item / products missing the ID / SKU / serial number

n)      Items with special shipping restrictions

o)      Items having warranty issues (contact manufacturer/supplier directly for warranty claims)

p)      Items directly shipped from China / out of Pakistan

q)      Products being sent prior to acceptance of the ‘Return Request”

r)       Products sent after the expiry of allowed return period

s)       Items with other similar conditions

1.7 Mistaken Returns: If you have returned an item to Cheekoo Store by mistake or included something that was not intended for Cheekoo Store in a return, please contact immediately with Cheekoo Store at Email address  contact.cheekoo@gmail.com to address the matter.

1.8 Fraud & Abuse:  To prevent and detect any possible fraud and abuse, in some circumstances Cheekoo Store may require additional information and documentation from its customers claiming return and refund. This may include NIC etc. to consider processing a return or providing a refund or replacement. (All personal information provided by the customers, in this case, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. (see privacy policy)

2- EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCTS

Note: Please refer Section 1 of this policy “Return of the Products” which also applies to this section)

2.1 Reasons for Exchange of the Products:

Cheekoo Store will accept product exchange requests based on following reasons:

a)      Color or size of the product delivered is different

b)      Some technical specs of the product delivered are different

c)       Product delivered was broken or damaged

d)      Product delivered was not new (it was in used condition)

e)      Product accessories or parts were not complete

f)       Any other genuine reason accepted by Cheekoo Store  

g)      Change of mind shall not be accepted for exchange of the product

2.2 Reasons for Replacement of the Products:

Cheekoo Store can offer the replacement of the products to its valued customers in case the exchange of the purchased products is not possible due to genuine some reasons.

Product replacement will be offered based on following reasons:

a)      Ordered color or size of the product is not available at Store

b)      Ordered technical specs of the product is not available at Store

c)       Ordered product is not available in new / expected condition

d)      Ordered product is out of stock

e)      Ordered product is discontinued by the supplier

f)       Change of mind shall not be accepted for replacement of the product

2.3 General Terms and Conditions (For Exchange & Replacement of Products)

a)      All relevant terms and conditions as highlighted in above sections shall apply

b)      Price of the exchange product should not be higher than the product purchased

c)       Price of the replacement product should not be higher than the product purchased

d)      Difference of the price has to be paid by the customer before the order shipment

e)      Difference in delivery charges, if any arising, shall be paid by the customer

f)       Product can be exchanged for same product or within similar category products

g)      Product purchased can be exchanged / replaced only once.

2.4 Advanced Replacements/Exchanges: Depending on the circumstance; Cheekoo Store may ship a replacement/exchange to our valued customers prior to receiving the return item.

3- REFUND OF THE PRODUCTS

3.1 Reasons for Product Refund:

Cheekoo Store will accept product refund requests based on following reasons:

h)      Ordered product with exact color, size and specs is not available

i)        Exchange or replacement against the ordered product is not possible by Cheekoo Store

j)        Product was not delivered to the customer and investigation proved it

k)      Damaged product was delivered and exchange / replacement is not possible

l)        Missing product accessories / parts can’t be arranged / provided

m)   Any other genuine reason accepted by Cheekoo Store  

n)      Change of mind shall not be accepted for refund of the product

3.2 Refund Time: Refund can take up to 30 days. In certain circumstances, the refund time frames may be longer. However, Cheekoo Store always tries to ensure the earlier refunds and usually initiates the process as soon as the returned items are received at our designated facilities.

3.3 Where To Send Refund Amounts: Cheekoo Store preferably transfers refund amount to the channel used by the customer during the purchase of the product. However, in exceptional cause, refunds can be processed to the financial channel suggested by the customer in the return / refund request. (Depending on the suggested financial method, the refund time may take some extra days)
