It is strongly recommended that customers create their login accounts to keep track of their shopping at Cheekoo store and save their favorite products for buying later.

4- Account verification link will be sent to your email address

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

No, Cheekoo Store does not accept orders for shipping out of Pakistan.

Yes, free shipping is available for customers all over Pakistan. Service is available for orders amounting to Rs.1,200 or more.

Cheekoo Store ships products to its customers by following three methods:

1 Products dispatched by Cheekoo Store directly to the customers

2 Products dispatched by the Pakistani Sellers /Manufacturers directly to
the customers

3 Products shipped/dispatched by the China Sellers / Manufacturers directly to the customers

Cheekoo Store and its Partners (Vendors / Suppliers) have contracted prominent, credible and reliable courier companies to deliver products to valued customers of Cheekoo Store. These include TCS, Leopards and other credible courier companies.

The expected delivery time within Pakistan by Cheekoo Store or its Partners (Vendors / Suppliers) is 3-5 days.

Products shipped from China or other countries will take around 15 days (or more)

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Cheekoo Sore offers following payment options:

1- Cash on Delivery (COD)

2- Online Payment Through Debit & Credit Cards

3- Online Payment Through Bank Transfer (from customer’s bank account)

4- Online Payments Through Different Payment Wallets (JazzCash, Easypaisa, etc.)

All transactions made are secure and encrypted. Cheekoo Store has partnered with PayFast for managing customer payments.

PayFast is Pakistan’s highly credible payment gateway which is approved by the State Bank of Pakistan and is PCI-DSS certified company.

Yes, Cash on Delivery service is available for products shipped from Pakistan. This service is allowed for orders not exceeding amount of Rs. 2,000.

No, Cash On Delivery service is not available for the following products:

1- Products shipped / dispatched from China, Europe and any other country / region.

2- Products with order value of Rs. 2,000 or more.

Customers has to make pre-payment of the order amount while ordering the above-mentioned products.

PRODUCT RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND

Yes, you can.

Cheekoo Store will accept returns if made due to any of the following possible reasons:

- Color or size of the product is different and exchange is required

- Some technical specs of the product are different and exchange is required

- Product was delivered in broken or damaged conditions

- Product was delivered in used condition (product is not new)

- Product accessories or some parts are missing

- Product delivery took too long; over 45 days after the order was placed

- Any other genuine reason accepted by Cheekoo Store

Change of mind shall not be accepted for return of the product

There are some products / items purchased on Cheekoo
Online Store that customers can't return.

 These may include the following:

- Sale items purchased during Cheekoo Store sale campaigns

- Items purchased during specialized discount campaigns

- Items that have become faulty or are damaged by the customer

- Items with missing parts, accessories, documentation and damaged packaging

- Items carrying visible signs / marks of use by customer

- All food items Some jewelry items & beauty products

- Some health & personal care items

- Some electronic items / appliances / gadgets

- Items classified as hazardous materials

- Items that use flammable liquids or gases

- Customized products

I- Items / products missing the ID / SKU / serial number

- Items with special shipping restrictions

- Items having warranty issues (contact manufacturer/supplier directly for warranty claims)

- Items directly shipped from China / out of Pakistan

- Products being sent prior to acceptance of the ‘Return Request”

- Products sent after the expiry of allowed return period

- Items with other similar conditions

Yes, Cheekoo Store will accept product exchange requests based on following reasons:

Color or size of the product delivered is different

- Some technical specs of the product delivered are different

- Product delivered was broken or damaged

- Product delivered was not new (it was in used condition)

- Product accessories or parts were not complete

- Any other genuine reason accepted by Cheekoo Store 

Change of mind shall not be accepted for exchange of the product
